Sumou Boulevard Mostakbal City
Sumou Boulevard Mostakbal City is a major mixed-use destination and residential compound located near the main entrance of Mostakbal City in East Cairo. It is developed through a strategic Egyptian-Saudi alliance known as "Paragon Adeer," bringing together Paragon Developments and Sumou Holding (via its investment arm, Adeer International).
The name "Sumou Boulevard" blends the Arabic word "Sumou" (signifying royalty and sophistication) with the French elegance of a "Boulevard," aiming to reflect the project's high-end, connected urban design.
Scale and Master Plan
With an investment value of approximately 70 billion EGP ($1.4 billion USD), the development is planned to be one of the largest mixed-use projects in Egypt.
The master plan and architectural designs were created in collaboration with the world-renowned engineering consultants at AECOM.
Real Estate Offerings
Sumou Boulevard offers a wide variety of properties designed to function as an integrated urban ecosystem (combining residential, commercial, offices, and serviced apartments).
The residential units cater to different needs and budgets, with units expected to be delivered around 2030:
| Unit Type | Starting Size | Starting Price (EGP) |
| Studios | 30 - 40 sqm | ~3,000,000 |
