Amwaj North Coast: Integrated Coastal Living in Sidi Abdel Rahman

 

Amwaj North Coast is a coastal project developed by Al Ahly Sabbour Developments in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Located at kilometer 136 on the Alexandria–Matrouh Road, the project combines beachfront living with recreational facilities, sports activities, commercial areas, and a variety of residential units. One of the main advantages of Amwaj North Coast is its location. The project is approximately 30 kilometers from Dabaa Road and around 25 kilometers from New Alamein, while its position on the Alexandria–Matrouh Road provides connections to other North Coast destinations. KeyFlow

It features a waterfront extending for approximately 1.5 kilometers, four swimmable lagoons, and more than 40 swimming pools distributed throughout the project. Available examples start from approximately 111 square meters for some units, while certain twin houses exceed 220 square meters and some villas reach around 275 square meters.
